Do you sell lab-grown diamonds or mined diamonds?

We primarily specialize in lab-grown diamonds, which allows us to offer greater flexibility, value, and customization for most customers.

That said, if you prefer a natural (mined) diamond, we can also help source it for you based on your requirements.
Just let us know your preference, and we’ll guide you through the options.

What’s the difference between lab-grown diamonds and mined diamonds?

Lab-grown diamonds and mined diamonds are chemically, physically, and visually identical — the difference lies in how they are formed.

A simple way to understand it:

  • A mined diamond is like ice formed naturally in nature

  • A lab-grown diamond is like ice created in a controlled environment

Both are real ice — just formed in different ways.

Many customers choose lab-grown diamonds because they offer the same beauty and durability, while being more ethical and environmentally considerate.

Are your diamonds certified?

Yes.

  • All lab-grown diamonds we use are certified by IGI

  • Natural (mined) diamonds, when requested, are certified by GIA

Certification details are always confirmed with you before production and included with your finished ring.

How do I customize an engagement ring?

Our custom process is clear and flexible:

Step 1: Choose your main stone

You start by selecting the center diamond — shape, size, and specifications — whether lab-grown or mined.

Once the main stone is confirmed, we move to the next step.

Step 2: Confirm the ring setting

You can:

  • Choose from existing styles, or

  • Send us photos or references of a design you like

Based on your reference, we create a CAD design for your review and confirmation.

Production begins only after you approve the final CAD.

Will I see the finished ring before shipping?

Yes.

Before shipping, we will send you clear photos or videos of the finished ring for confirmation.
Once approved, your ring is shipped via FedEx Express, fully insured and trackable.

How long does production take?

Production typically takes 2–3 weeks after the final design and diamond selection are confirmed.

Each ring is made to order to ensure accuracy and quality.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.
We ship worldwide via FedEx Express, with full tracking and insurance.
